Eva “Jane” Buchanan, 71, of St. Francisville, Illinois, died on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church
Survivors include her husband, Berlyn W. Buchanan ; one daughter, Katherine “Mariah” Morse; and one sister, Mildred “Millie” Hedge.
Her wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. CDT on Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Thomas W. Collins
Thomas W. Collins, 75, of Fort Branch, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.
He was born on Dec. 6, 1941, to the late Walter Cleveland and Kathern Eloise (Morrison) Collins in Hazleton. Tom was a member of the Enon General Baptist Church in Princeton. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps until 1963. He was a member of the American Legion Post 194 in Haubstadt.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Diana (Schele) Collins of Fort Branch; two children, Chris Collins and his wife, Kendra, of Fort Branch and Angela Speedy and her husband, Tim, of Princeton; and four grandchildren, Jordan Speedy and KayLiegh, Asher, and Brogan Collins.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. CDT on Saturday at Enon General Baptist Church in Princeton with Pastor Tammy Scheller officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Alexander Memorial Park in Evansville. Visitation will be4-8 p.m. CDT on Friday at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch and 9 a.m. CDT until the hour of services on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and to the Gibson General Skilled Nursing Unit.

Jackie L. Johnson
Jackie L. Johnson, 65, of Vincennes, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017, at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville.
She was born April 25, 1952 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Nolan and Mable Millburn Browning. She was a homemaker and she married Bob Johnson, who preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 1994.
She is survived by her sons, Jack Browning of Indianapolis, Bobby Johnson of Bedford, and Shane Johnson of Vincennes; her daughters, Jackie E. Miller of Bedford, Renee Salmon of Plainville, Rebecca Johnson of Vincennes, and Christy Johnson of Washington; 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her brothers, Donnie Browning, Tom Browning, John Browning and Nolan Browning Jr. all of Indianapolis; her sister, Mary Browning of Ontario, California; and her beloved aunt, Betty Millburn of Indianapolis.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ronnie Browning; and a sister, Jane Browning.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home, 521 Vigo St. She will be laid to rest with her husband. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with the expenses of her final illness.
