The December meeting of the Francis Vigo Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution was called to order on Dec. 20.
The opening ritual was led by Donna Klein, regent. Deb Byrnes, registrar, welcomed new members Angie Herron and Tiffany Burdett. The oath of membership was performed by Cindy Frederick, second vice regent, and Ann Marie Dreiman. Klein gave the president general’s message. Jeanne Cox gave the national defense minute. Lindsay Owens, secretary, gave the November meeting minutes. Rita Hagerty, treasurer, gave the treasurers report. Frederick gave the chapter house report. Kathy Todd, first vice regent, spoke on the Queen Anne Cottage, and Byrnes gave the registrar’s report.
