CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST

Central Church of Christ, 1600 Forbes Road, is holding in-person worship services on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. These services are also available live on our Facebook page, Central Church of Christ Vincennes. Bible class opportunities are available at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. COMMUNITY CHURCH OF VINCENNES

Community Church of Vincennes, 1548 S. Hart Street Road, has service at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays. Sunday school for all ages begins at 10:45 a.m. Everyone is welcome. The Palm Sunday service begins at 9:30 a.m. for children, followed by Sunday School classes for all ages.

The Good Friday service is at 7 p.m. on April 7.

A children’s egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. on April 8.

The sunrise service is at 8 a.m. on April 9 followed by a church service at 9:30 a.m. with a Cantata “Written in Red” by the Chancel Choir.

FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH

First Christian Church, 319 Broadway St., holds Sunday service at 10 a.m. First Christian is a congregation of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Masks and social distancing are recommended.

VINCENNES FIRST CHURCH

Vincennes First Church offers adults Sunday school at 9 a.m., fellowship and coffee at 9:30 a.m., and worship at 10 a.m. each Sunday. Join us at 1408 E St. Clair St.

We will be hosting Jews for Jesus from 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesday. Join us! This will be a 45-minute presentation that shows the link between the ancient Festival of Redemption and Christ as the Passover Lamb. There will be no midweek programming during Holy Week, only the Jews for Jesus presentation.

A sunrise service will be held at 7 a.m. on April 9 at Gregg Park, followed by a sunrise breakfast.

The Easter service children’s event will begin at 10 a.m.

There will be no prayer meeting.

Church on the Street meets on Wednesdays. The service starts at 6:30 p.m.

C.O.T.S. Soup Kitchen is at noon on Tuesdays in the fellowship hall.

VINCENNES FREE METHODIST CHURCH

Vincennes Free Methodist Church, 1423 N. Fourth St., is offering in-person Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. and Worship Services in the sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. Use the Fourth Street entrance. WABASH COMMUNITY CHURCH

Wabash Community Church, 1033 N. 10th St., has returned to in-house worship. Sunday school for adults with Richard Beesley begins at 9:30 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday night Bible study is at 6:30 p.m. led by Mark Harlow. Everyone is invited to join us “where the Gospel is heard in Word and Song.”

Dr. Richard Beesley will be conducting a Bible study from 1-2 p.m. each Thursday in April. The subject is lectures on famous Bible nights. Everyone is welcome.

Our church will have Vacation Bible School “Market Place in Bethlehem” from 6-8:30 p.m. June 25-28. All children are invited.

Word of Life Church, 7144 Russell Drive, Bicknell, has Sunday school at 9 a.m., followed by Sunday morning worship celebration at 10 a.m. Children’s church is offered for children ages 4 through fifth grade.
