CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST

Central Church of Christ, 1600 Forbes Road, is holding in-person worship services on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. as well as live on its Facebook page, Central Church of Christ Vincennes. The services are also being broadcast live at 10:30 a.m. on WVJE 98.7 FM. Roger Wright is the minister.

COMMUNITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

Community United Methodist Church, 1548 S. Hart Street Road, will be holding online worship services on Sunday mornings while being quarantined. FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

First Baptist Church, 2625 Wabash Ave., is holding in-person worship services on Sundays at 10 a.m. and following social distancing guidelines. Services can also be joined live on our Facebook page, First Baptist Church and also through the website at http://fbcvin.com. Alan Finnan will be delivering the message with Phillip Walthall leading worship. Sunday small groups and children's church will resume on July 5. FIRST CHURCH OF GOD

First Church of God, 1408 E. Saint Clair St., has returned to in-house Worship at 1408 East Saint Clair, offering two services, at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., following social distancing guidelines. Youth and children’s services will not be available at this time. Church on the Street is offered on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

INDIANA PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Indiana Presbyterian Church, 2431 S. Lower Indiana Road, will have in-person worship services at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. The sermon title will be “Unity in Christ” — Galatians 3:23-29

MORRIS CHAPEL

Morris Chapel Church, 8780 E. Freelandville Road, Oaktown, will be holding in-person Sunday School at 9:30 a.m and Worship Services at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. Rev. Robert Tipton will bring the message “Independence Day: Free Indeed."All are welcome to attend. Special music by Tom Lee

ST. PAUL’S LUTHERAN CHURCH

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 925 Broadway St., holds Sunday services at 9:30 a.m. St. Paul’s is an ELCA congregation. Social distancing in seating, Holy Communion, and sharing of the peace will be practiced. Those attending are encouraged to wear masks, with masks being made available if needed. Pastor April Dailey will preach from the Gospel of Matthew 10:40-42, “Rolling Out the Red Carpet.” Following the service, an ice cream fundraiser will be held in support of the family of Rev. Mike Hickman. All are welcome to join us in worship.

Thursday Church is returning to public services in Vincennes, 218 Main St., at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday and 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Sunday’s sermon title is, “Happy Father’s Day.” Thursday’s sermon title will be, "Down on the Farm Series Part 1: Lessons We Learn From A Donkey,” Matthew 21:1-10.

In Bicknell, 114 S. Main St., services are at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. The mobile food pantry will be at the church at 5 p.m.

VINCENNES FREE METHODIST CHURCH

Vincennes Free Methodist Church, 1423 N. Fourth St., is offering in-person Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. and Worship Services in the gymnasium at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. The sermon title this week is, “Made Practically New Through Bold Christ’s Transformation,” Ephesians 4:17-32. WABASH COMMUNITY CHURCH

Wabash Community Church, 1033 N. 10th St., has returned to in-house worship. Sunday School for adults with Richard Beesley begins at 9:30 a.m. and worship with John Kama at 10:30 a.m. The message will be “What on Earth is Going On?” by Pastor Dale.

Wabash Community Church is a Non-Denominational Church “where the Gospel is heard in Word and Song.”

WORD OF LIFE CHURCH

Word of Life Church, 7144 Russell Drive, Bicknell, is following the governor's back-on-track guidelines for houses of worship. Sunday worship corporate gatherings will be at 10 a.m. Facebook live will continue to be offered for those unable to attend. Wednesday Bible study via Facebook live only is at 8 p.m. Additional ministries and activities will continue at a later date.
