Harmony Society awards scholarships

The Harmony Society, Indiana’s oldest social club, awarded $10,000 in scholarships to local graduates at its Aug. 3 dinner meeting. The Harmony’s Annual Fashion Show and Brunch provides the funds for this scholarship program. The scholarship program originated in 2015 with $1,000 in scholarships and has grown to $10,000 this year. The 2020 Fashion Show and Brunch had to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. It has been rescheduled for Oct. 31.
