Knox County Chamber of Commerce President Jamie Neal went before members of the city council Monday to ask for help stimulating the local economy via a holiday gift card program.

“In talking to business owners they’re not growing; they’re not losing a ton, but they’re just maintaining,” she said. “It’s just the nature of 2022 for our businesses coming off the pandemic.”
