Ralph Edward Biehl

Ralph Edward Biehl, 65, of Vincennes, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019.

Ralph was born on March 13, 1954 in Hammond, the son of Donald Lee and Norma Lee (Battleson) Biehl. Ralph enjoyed riding motorcycles and was very passionate about taking care of his own. He loved his dog, Norman, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his son, Dustin Biehl and his girlfriend of Robinson, Illinois; his mother, Norma Biehl of Vincennes; his brother, Robert Biehl of Bridgeport, Illinois; sisters Brenda and Cheryl Biehl, both of Vincennes; his nephew, Ralph Biehl and his wife, Amy, of Oaktown; his niece, Tiffany Evans and her husband, Aaron, of Smyrna, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Keigon and Kaelynn Biehl.

Ralph was preceded in death by his father, Donald Lee Biehl.

Friends may visit with Ralph’s family from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St. Ralph will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery. Goodwin Funeral Home is honored to assist the Biehl family with arrangements.

Elizabeth Ann Fischer

Elizabeth Ann Fischer, 74, of Terre Haute, and formally of Vincennes, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.

She was born on Feb. 6, 1945 to William and Virginia (White) Butler. She had worked at Gimbels and was a homemaker.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Thomas Keenan and his wife, Charro, of McKenzie Tennessee, Catherine Weinzapfel and her husband, Dan, of Newburgh, and Max Fischer and his wife, Heather, of Terre Haute; her brother, Bill Butler of Evansville; her grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Joseph, and Sierra Keenan, and Joy and Matthew Weinzapfel; her cousins, Teresa White of Greenwood and Penny Followell of Vanceburg, Kentucky; and nieces Amy Butler Julius and Adrienne Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents. William and Virginia, and a brother, Thomas “Tommy” Butler, all of Evansville. 

Visitation will be 10 a.m, until the hour of services at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Fredrick & Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes, Vincennes Chapel, 313 Church St. Brother Michael Payne preside over the funeral. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Farmersburg. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes Vincennes Chapel have been entrusted with funeral arrangements.

Alberta Faye Gray

Alberta Faye Gray, 90, of Vincennes, died on Friday, Aug. 9, 2019.

She had worked at the Lawrenceville (Ill.) Health Department and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Bridgeport, Illinois.

Survivors include two daughters, Cinda Spencer and Gina Dining

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. CDT today at Bridgeport City Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Cunningham Funeral Home of Bridgeport is handling the arrangements.
