Thelma Irene Atkins, 91, of Bridgeport, Illinois, died on Monday, June 10, 2019.
She was a retired licensed practical nurse.
Survivors include four daughters, Billie Morrow, Karen Jones, Liz Heady and Janice Johnson.
Graveside services will be June 21 at Bridgeport City Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Bridgeport Senior Citizens Cunningham Funeral Homes in assisting the family.

Thomas Dwight Monjar
Thomas Dwight “Tom” Monjar, 86, of Sumner, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1932, in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Thomas F. and Josie May (Scranton) Monjar. He married Judy Kirk on June 23, 1981, and she survives. Tom was employed at Texaco for more than 40 years, and was an electrician and a carpenter. He was a member of the Lawrenceville Free Methodist Church. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and had a fondness for nature and animals.
In addition to his wife, Judy, he is survived by two daughters, Cindy Dowty and her husband, Roger, of Bridgeport, Illinois, and Brenda Bedsole and her husband, Jay, of Austin, Texas; one step-daughter, Janice Burton and her husband, Greg, of Bedford; two step-sons, Victor Harrington and his wife, Pam, of Longview, Texas, and Jimmy Harrington of Newark, Delaware; seven grandchildren, Jakki Bedsole, Kate Bedsole, Steven Harrington, Doug Harrington, Staci Harrington, Kenny Crook, and Danyelle Burton; and nine great-grandchildren.
Preceding Tom in death were his parents; two sisters, Dorothy May Spencer and Frances Rosemary Thompson; one step-son, Michael Harrington; one step-grandson, Derek Harrington.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. CDT on Friday at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the hour of services on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Lawrence County Humane Society.

Lora Ann Vaughn, 57, of Sumner, Illinois, died on Friday, June 7, 2019.
She was a homemaker and attended the Sumner United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmie Vaughn; a daughter, Latosha Burke; two sons, David Vaughn and Kevin Jackson; and three brothers, Larry, Kenny, and Roger Bodley.
