Lincoln's boys tennis team plowed through 10 sets without a loss, blanking visiting White River Valley, 5-0, Tuesday.

No. 2 Simon Corrona-Gus McCrary collected a 6-0, 6-0 shutout over Payton Ball-Luke Powers. No. 1 doubles Kyle Stenger-Landon Altstadt nearly did the same in a 6-1, 6-0 triumph over Jared Franklin-Jaden Wadhwan.

Singles wins for the Alices (6-5) were by No. 1 David Wilson over Conner Banning, 6-0, 6-3; No. 2 Ethan Jones over Hayden Cunningham, 6-2, 6-2; and No. 3 Calvin Carmean over Dylan Moody, 6-4, 6-1.

"It was a good performance after a tough week last week," said Lincoln coach Bryce Crane, whose team went 0-3 a week ago. "I was really happy with the way David performed in his first match at one singles. Ethan has been working through some shoulder discomfort for a week, so I was glad to see him push through and get a win.

"Our senior night is (today), and we hope to have a similar performance."

Lincoln also took all three junior varsity matches. Winners were Parker Dugan, 6-0; Jayden Ray, 6-2; and Ray-Cayden McCrary, 6-0.

The Alices host Sullivan at 5 p.m. today.
