Jackson Glosser was medalist with a 43 as Lincoln's boys golf team took out Tecumseh, 185-208, Wednesday at the Country Club of Old Vincennes.

Calvin Carmean tallied a 45 for the Alices, Ethen Francis 48, Emmett Ransom and Dusty Candler 49, Evan Leech 52 and Jackson Stone 59.

"It was great to get a win," Lincoln coach Andy Pinkstaff said. "We're much more consistent striking the golf ball around the course, but we need to think more about setting up the next shot. If you need two shots to get home anyway, take the path of least resistance.

"I'm proud of our team, but we have a big test at Sultan's Run for the conference tournament coming up."

The Alices play in their first Southern Indiana Athletic Conference match Tuesday.
