Trinity Dubbs shot a 1-over-par 36 for medalist honors, and the South Knox girls golf team garnered a triangular match victory Wednesday at the Country Club of Old Vincennes.

The Spartans shot 197, while Lincoln and North Posey tied at 205.

Bethany Williams was second for the Spartans with a 44. Lauren Haveman had 49 and Emily Provines 68.

"Trinity had eight pars and one bogey, and she had a couple of good chances for birdies too," South Knox coach Mark Gray said. "I like that all three of our experienced players were under 50. Emily did very well. Her score was probably 10-15 strokes legitimately better than what she shot Tuesday."

Kaylan Finatri paced the Alices with a 44. Macy Sexton had 45, Bailey Robb 53, Audrey Spradling 63 and Savanna Purdom 64.

Lincoln competes in the Southern Indiana Athletic Conference match at Jasper Saturday, and South Knox is in a quadrangular match at CCOV at 4:30 p.m. Monday.
